Vessel - What does it mean?
According to Rule no. 3 (General Definitions) of Rules of the Road, The word "Vessel" includes every description of water craft, including non-displacement craft, WIG craft (Wing-In-Ground craft) and Seaplanes, used or capable of being used as a means of transportation on water.
